I want to focus on what really matters this year

I've decided to try my best to catch up on everything I've missed out on these past two years. This year I'm not in any classes with anyone I would usually talk to, so I think this is probably a good opportunity to start fresh and at least try to be as smart as everyone else at my school. I'm really sick of not knowing what the teachers are talking about most of the time and I don't want to be humiliated by them in front of my whole class because of that. I don't think I can stick to this because I'm not very good at sticking to something for long but I have to try!
