free dessert! the guy in the middle was the really nice waiter who even got a security guard to escort us into marquee! we didn't have to lineup or pay it was awesome

yayyy

marquee looked so nice inside, shame we only stayed for like half an hour LOL

it was a really good night until nancy wasn't allowed into the star because her passport expired :( ... it kind of went downhill from there but still fun! HAPPPYY BIRTHDAY  JESSICA! xoxoxoxoxox

my week :)

monday

• on monday I had uni at 11 so I woke up pretty early to get there early and meet this guy who I planned to buy a textbook from
• I didn't know who he was just his first name and his phone number
• anyways so I got to the library and waited for him there and while I was sitting I noticed this guy who used to hate me in high school came and sat near me
• I texted the guy I was buying the book from and it was him omg
• such a small world LOL he didn't even remember he didn't like me until I reminded him
• nice guy, he offered to give me his notes too if I needed them!
• anyways got to my lecture and met up with a friend 
• we were both so bored and hungry by the end of it so we went to broadway and got lunch
• omg she got the weirdest juice like it had celery and carrots and beetroot I was like wtf but when I tried it it was actually alright! wouldn't get it myself though
• afterwards I had a tut which was sooooo pointless
• then I had a 3 hour break so I met up with jessica at market city
• I had an IBP lecture at like 6 but I didn't want to waste my time since the subject is such a joke so I went home
• watched my kitchen rules and I think that's about it!

tuesday

• woke up extra early today so I could get ready slowly and look cute for uni
• the day went by pretty quickly because I only had a lecture and tutorial for stats
• after uni I met up with my bf and we were going to watch a movie but there was nothing good on
• so we just ate sushi again at hotaru and then went back to my house to watch my kitchen rules and study 
• such a fun date right??
• LOL
• there was nothing else to do.. there's never anything to do anymore the city is so boring
• after mkr we did some accounting together yayyyy
• my homework made me so upset because it was so hard for me to understand all these new terms 
• in the end it was all good I pulled myself together and learnt everything LOL

wednesday

• I was so tired from yesterday that I forgot to set an alarm for uni today oops
• ended up waking up so late that I had to do all of my makeup on the train
• my first class was that stupid IBP subject from monday ugh every week I'm so tempted not to go because it's so early in the morning and the subject is a joke
• we got assigned our groups and I'm with a bunch of people who I don't think I'm gonna get along with very well
• I've never been that good with group work like I get scared the rest of the group is gonna think I'm shit
• anyways after that class I was going to go eat by myself since I have 0 friends in IBP but then I bumped into jessica 

HAHAHAHA

• uni wasn't very interesting at all I just had a lot of class today
• AFTER UNI THOUGH I HAD WOrk omg
• such an improvement from last week
• like I didn't even feel like I was working because it was so relaxed and everyone was nice
• I made my first churros!!! ^-^

• they're kind of broken around the edges but they tasted delicious ^-^
• can't wait until next wednesday!

thursday

• woke up pretty late today because I had no uni wooooo
• decided I should spend the day doing my assignment since it's due tomorrow
• ended up doing nothing most of the day and finishing the essay at 2am LOL

friday

• today I stayed home and was going to do my homework but idk I was so hungry/tired all day that I didn't really do anything except eat and relax
• my mum yelled at me because I asked her to pass me the watermelon so I didn't talk to her for most of the day
• she ended up coming to my room and saying sorry and we went out to get some dinner
• my brother got pissed that he couldn't go out and drive because my mum was with me so we ended up not going out to eat and just going back home
• my brother is such a little shit
• anyway tomorrow I'm going out to celebrate jessica's birthday LOL excitedddd

• ok omg so in the morning I was like 'the water looks pretty nice' because it had chopped up fruits in it and it was inside a nice looking glass water dispenser 
• and she said 'oh this is good water from this place blafsdklfjlkdf' she made it sound so fancy that I was thinking wow can't believe this place serves such good water for free
• then later on in the day she says to me 'can you fill up the water?' so I look around in the fridge for water to fill it up with and I ended up finding some bottles of mineral water 
• I asked her 'this one?' and she gives me the angriest sigh and says 'wtf no tap water' 
• and I'm like what
• she could've fucking said tap water from the beginning instead of trying to convince that the water was amazing
• ugh this just adds to the long list of things she didn't explain to me properly/at all
• what else...
• omg we sell churros HAHA they don't look like as good as san churros ones but they're alright
• one customer complained that their churros weren't cooked enough so we had to make another batch for them
• I wasn't in charge of them because nobody taught me how to make them so the other girl there had to do it
• the second batch ended up taking so long that the customers left without their churros!
• another customer ordered churros too and the supervisor told me to assemble them and give them to those customers instead
• so I looked at the picture and was ready to take them out
• then she goes 'what the hell you didn't put on the cinnamon and icing sugar'
• ???????
• I was just standing there thinking omg thanks to all your fucking help I have to try to do the churros according to the picture and I don't see any toppings on the picture!
• she literally tried to pick on me for the tiniest things (which I didn't even get taught how to do) when there she was spilling every second coffee she made lol
• anyways next story HAHA
• a customer came in and ordered a special cold drink and said 'she knows how I like them haha' referring to my supervisor
• so my supervisor says to me 'don't make that drink I'll make it for her' so I'm like ok good then I can get on with other things
• 10 minutes pass I've already delivered my orders to the customer and the drink is still not made like she completely forgot about it
• I asked her are you still gonna make the coconut iced chocolate? and she's like no you make it?!?

future music festival + work

saturday

• I met up with patrick in the morning and drove to the city first to eat at our new favourite japanese sushi restaurant which has food that tastes so similar to some dishes at sokyo
• but instead of paying like $30-40 for one dish it was only $3 per plate!!!!
• we could actually get full from there without spending over $40 all together, pretty good value for money I think
• afterwards we headed over to randwick race course to go to future music festival yay
• we looked around for over an hour trying to find the cloak room holy shit by the time we found it I was already yawning because I was so tired from just that
• since we didn't have anything to carry anymore we went to all the different stages there
• some were pretty cool like this one was inside a green dome

it was so small I thought it was going to be really crowded and shit

but it was actually really good! inside was all black with a lot of lights everywhere

I look wtf but this is the only decent photo I took leaving the green dome and heading to the foam party ^-^ not sure if patrick is red because he's burnt or because he gets asian flush heh heh at least he looks happy!

•  after staying in the tiny green dome for a while we went back outside and decided to go to the foam stage
• it was literally a swimming pool of foam with a machine shooting more foam onto everyone
• sooo much fun even though it was really messy and made my makeup come off

• afterwards we went to the bathroom to clean up all the foam then I think we headed to the main stage
• we were pretty excited to see hardwell perform!
• while waiting for him to come up on stage I was yawning like crazy because these days I'm so tired I have to resist the urge to nap during the day

• he finally came on after like 20 minutes of listening to eric prydz play the same song over and over LOL nobody cared though everyone around me was off their head
• I think his set was pretty good but he ended it so suddenly we were like what
• we were going to stay for phoenix or deadmau5 but our legs were too tired from dancing and I was hungry
• so we just drove to oporto and had dinner heheh 

sunday

• omg today the worst first day of work I could ever imagine
• patrick drove me there and was feeling pretty good because I was on time and idk I was ready to work
• the supervisor introduced herself and everything was going well like she was teaching me the register and I was pretty confident because I knew how to use it already from maccas
• then she was like 'oh I might yell at you if you do something wrong blah blah' and I was thinking ok you're probably not gonna yell at me since I'm new right like you haven't really taught me anything 
• anyways my first customer was my bf since he drove me there and we didn't have any breakfast yet
• he ordered a toasted ham cheese and tomato sandwich with an iced chocolate
• she was demonstrating how to make the iced chocolate and she fucking overfilled it and it spilled everywhere LOL I was like wtf ok it was just a mistake dw we can clean the sides up and serve it
• then she demonstrated the toasted sandwich
• it's a fucking toasted sandwich
• how hard can it be..
• while she was cutting it in half after she toasted it
• the bread broke into like 4 pieces
• it looked soooooo shit I was thinking wtf you can't serve this but my bf was already waiting a long time so told me to give it to him anyway
• I felt so ashamed giving that to him because it was my first order and it looked like someone already tried eating it but gave it back
• it's not like I made it so there was no excuse for it to look like that
• I feel like I should make it up for him by making him the best fucking toasted sandwich he's ever had in his life because that was unacceptable lol
• anyways after that I pretty much had to learn everything else by myself because she wouldn't teach me 
• you know how in chocolate cafes they drizzle the chocolate over the waffles?? I was doing it wrong and she's like 'you're doing it wrong this is how you do it'
• so with the rest of my orderes I drizzled it like she said
• then oh my fucking god she looks at me angrily and says 'I already told you how to do it why are you still doing it wrong?!'
• and I'm like 'I'm not doing it wrong this is how you said?!' so she looks at my hands and realises I'm not doing it wrong.... 
• that pissed me off because I was trying my best to do everything right while learning all the recipes and presentation by myself!
• after that it just got worse and worse because there were a lot of customers coming in
• we had so many orders and some customers had to wait ages for their food because we didn't have enough people serving and making the orders
• it'd be ok if they had 2 experienced people who knew the recipes and stuff working but it was me and another girl who hadn't been working for that long either?!
• fuck she didn't even help us she just kept sighing and yelling at us because we weren't fast enough or because I was making the smallest mistakes
• like give me a fucking break at least teach me how to do all these things before you yell at me for doing something wrong LOL
• also what the hell she made more mistakes than me today! she made about 10 coffees today which she had to remake 
• I was making waffles for 2 and I put one waffle slightly over the other like it was in the picture and she even yells at me for that!
• I was like 'the picture does it like that' and she's like 'no we don't do it like that'

• long story short I had a really bad day, it was so fucked up that my other coworker and I ended up complaining to another manager about it so we wouldn't have any more shifts with her LOL

exciting news

I got a job!!!!!!

it's at a chocolate cafe 10 minutes from my house which is kinda bad because I'm gonna get fat but it's also good because I'm gonna learn how to make coffee! I wanted to get a job in a cafe in the city or as a bartender or waitress but I have no experience and this is the only place willing to train me. I start this sunday heheh I'm excited ^-^

so tired

I had the most tiring day today, in the morning I had class from 9-10:30, 11-12, 1-2, 2-3, then finally 3-5!! thank goodness I'm done for the week, I'd probably pass out at uni tomorrow if I had any more classes.. heheh now I finally have time to catch up on my kitchen rules and watch blacklist!! I have so much work to do but it can wait until tomorrow I'm tooooo tired

long day

today I was supposed to start uni at 11 but my dad wasn't home to take me to the station so I ended up being too late for my finance lecture. since I missed the lecture last week because of my braces I decided I was gonna go to it anyway, but when I got to redfern I made the biggest impulse decision and decided to go to usyd instead! thank goodness I bumped into a friend on the way there because I was so lost and didn't know where to go LOL. turned out we both didn't know where the lecture room was though so I ended up being too late for that too oops.. I thought might as well get my id card so we went to the student centre place and what the fuck is this

it was only like 11:20 by the time I got my id so I just went to my lecture at uts in the end :( there was a girl sitting on the floor at the back who also came in late so we left to have lunch after a while since we couldn't see anything anyway HAHA great start to my first year... anyways after that I had a tutorial then a fucking 3 hour break omfg it wasn't too bad though because I went to market city with some people from my tutorial and we got some japanese food. one guy who came with me felt sorry for me because I have no job and no allowance so he paid for my meal too LOL how nice of him *u*

uni isn't going so bad right now so I think I'll stay at uts until the end of the year at least. sorry to the anons on ask.fm trying to convince me to go to usyd omg uts started earlier so I'm more familiar with the classes there???? I'll give usyd a go though because I still have until the end of the month :-)
